RETAIL PRICE / The Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) is the amount a product is sold. The MSRP, or retail price, is a figure created by the manufacturing company to suggest its selling price within a store. 


The MSRP may be marked on an item but that does not mean it has to be sold at the recommended price. These are prices retailers create based on the price customers are willing to pay.
